چکیده
Periphytic algae is frequently utilized as a health indicator for ecosystems. Many research studies have been conducted in China on the periphytic community, but none has compared community structure at inflow rivers among different lakes Yangtze river basin. The were investigated 94 sites of Dianchi Lake, Danjiangkou Reservoir, Dongtinghu Poyanghu Chaohu and Taihu Lake. Based microscopic research, eight phyla 126 genera found six lakes, with Cyanobacteria Bacillariophyta dominating. CCA (Canonical Correspondence Analysis) was used to analyze association between environmental factors LefSe (Linear discriminant analysis effect size) find enriched species lakes. We discovered that TN (total nitrogen) TP phosphorus) driving environment variables basin scale based combined results Mantel Test. TITAN (Threshold Indicator Taxa also revealed their concentration thresholds. Finally, we assessed ecosystem lakes; biotic abiotic indices yielded conflicting results, utilizing both assess using Random Forest algorithm will yield objective comprehensive results.

Variations of fish composition and diversity related to environmental variables in shallow lakes in the Yangtze River basin
Variations in fish communities of shallow lakes in the Yangtze basins were investigated from September 2007 to September 2009. Six lakes were chosen for comparative study of species composition and diversity in relation to environmental variations. Lake heterogeneity was described with environmental physico-chemical variables, using principal component analysis. Sixteen families, composed of 75...

the present study sought to investigate the role of dynamic assessment (da) in improvement of iranian efl writing performance at different language proficiency levels. to this end, after conducting the quick placement test, 60 iranian efl learners were assigned to two groups with different language proficiency levels. in both groups each participant wrote two compositions, one before and one af...
Dynamics of the lakes in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River basin, China, since late nineteenth century.
The middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River basin have the most representative and largest concentration of freshwater lakes in China. However, the size and number of these lakes have changed considerably over the past century due to the natural and anthropogenic impact. The lakes, larger than 10 km(2) in size, were chosen from relief maps and remotely sensed images in 1875, 1950, 1970, 1...

متن کاملDistribution and abundance of high aquatic plants in the Gorganroud River, the Caspian Sea basin, Iran
The distribution and abundance of high aquatic plants in the Gorganroud River was examined at five stations in four seasons (20 samples) over one year period during 2009-2010. We identified 21 species of aquatic plants from 21 genera, belonging to 9 families. These species were determined as 3 halophytic species (14.2%) and 18 high aquatic plants (85.7%).The highest species diversity was observ...
